The Accutech line of wireless instrumentation products enables cost-effective, easy and robust implementation of wireless sensor networks. If you require dedicated wireless I/O approved for Class 1 Div 1 or Class 1 Div 2 applications, use Accutech line of wireless instrumenation products.

Field Units integrate a variety of transducers with 902-928 Mhz, License-free, Spread Spectrum communications in a robust, battery powered package designed for operation in harsh industrial environments.

All Field Units transmit their signals back to a Base Station Unit where it is available as Modbus RTU or, with the addition of optional I/O modules, as analog or discrete outputs. See Table 1 and 2 below for the range of available Field and Base Units.

a 7.1 dB YAGI option is available to any of the Field Units on a YELLOW ROW above.

 

Each Base Station  radio can support up to 50 remote Field Units in a Point-to-Multipoint wireless sensor network. Furthermore, many Base Units can be networked together on an RS-485 bus, enabling a SCADA host to poll many sensor networks via Modbus RTU.

If only I/O is desired at the Master site, optional DIN-Rail mounted I/O modules can be configured via the WIM software. The WIM software maps the field signal to either an analog or discrete output available at the output of the I/O module. See Table 2 below for Base Station Units and Accessories.
