Using the Help Viewer
The help window is used to view help topics that are listed in a table of contents.

To open the help window click the 'Help' menu item on the main window and then click 'Contents'.

Click a topic in the Contents tab to view it.

A history of browsed topics is retained. The left green arrow is used to go back to a previous topic. The right green arrow is used to go to the next topic.
