Petrochemical Plant Applications Monitor temperature on flare towers. Accutech Temperature sensors can be installed on Flare towers where there is no accessible power or signal wiring due to the height and extreme temperature and loop wiring is very expensive. Use wireless acoustic sensors to detect leakage of pressure relief and by-pass valves. Install wireless sensors permanently on high risk, inaccessible equipment or rotate to monitor more accessible valves and conduct diagnostic monitoring for significant leak detection. Gas Pipeline Applications Use Accutech wireless sensors for relief valve monitoring at unmanned compressor stations. Install Low pressure wireless sensors in the discharge to atmosphere piping to monitor the relief status of pressure relief valves. Wireless devices can save on the trenching cost associated with running normal pressure switches. Monitor pressure relief valves in a separation plant.
