Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Travel will be required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and promote our solutions across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies for effective outreach.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in Oil and Gas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to travel two weeks out of the month.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Technical skills around automation, remote monitoring and SCADA is a plus.
