Return Policy

All Warranty Replacements or Repairs require completion and return of an RMA form found here. Please email this completed form to: support@scadalink.com

Warranty Replacement

If you receive a faulty product, Bentek will replace it with a new unit only if the completed RMA form has been received within 0-3 months of the equipment delivery date.

Warranty Repair

If Bentek receives the completed RMA Form 3-12 months after the equipment delivery date, we will perform a No-charge repair. Repair times vary depending on the equipment and nature of problem. If due to time constraints, a customer cannot wait for a repair, Bentek suggests buying another unit in the meantime.

The customer is responsible for Shipping charges unless the unit is DOA (Dead on Arrival). In this case, Bentek will cover the shipping.

Fees and Repair Time

All fees for support are detailed on page 2 of our RMA form found here. Normal Repair Time is approximately 4-5 wks
